Today, most organizations are using “behavioral” interviewing to screen candidates and just simply practicing the list of “common” interview questions no longer works. You must be prepared to share past performance and decision making. This presentation will provide insight into what behavioral interviewing is, the difference between it and a traditional interview, how you can prepare and excel in this type of interview, and offer questions that could be asked during this type of interview.
